Hi, I am lut, a holistic health practitioner. For the last 30 years I have dedicated my practice to helping people navigate their health and wellbeing. Having trained in multiple modalities, I combine my knowledge of Eastern and Western medicine to provide a whole-person assessment and tailor treatment according to needs.

 

My passion to help others and improve their quality-of-life, stems from my childhood. My mother was not in the best health, and this drove me to study different medical systems to find treatments which would relieve her symptoms and improve her life. Years of experience has taught me that one size does not fit all, and the complexity of one’s health needs to be addressed using an integrative approach, looking at one’s mind, body and soul.

I offer 1:1 consultation in North and Central London. The initial consultation will include a comprehensive assessment to discuss your needs and what areas you would like to focus on. From that, we can discuss which individual therapy or combinations would benefit you most, and the different approaches we can use.

 

I have an extensive experience in treating mental-emotional conditions including anxiety, stress, and trauma related issues. I am passionate about women’s health and provide support through their cycles of peri-menopause, fertility, IVF, during pregnancy and postpartum.
Also, I developed a special interest in chronic conditions with multiple symptoms of sleep difficulties, migraines and digestive issues.
